A successful appeal of the Forest Plan resulted in the Forest being required to redo the plan for species protection. As a result the Phase II Amendment was implemented. Now 5 years later a wide range of actions have been taken under the Phase II Amendment but it has failed to deliver on its promises. Lead by Biodiversity Conservation Alliance, we will file a case challenging a dozen projects done under the Phase II Amendment.
